About CoraFluor-1

CoraFluors are luminescent terbium complexes developed by the Mazitschek lab at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University. The high brightness, long emission lifetimes (> 1 ms) and excellent stability of CoraFluors make them well-suited tools for biomedical assay applications, including homogenous and intracellular time-gated fluorescent measurements (e.g., homogenous and intracellular TR-FRET assays). CoraFluors can be excited with near-UV light and exhibit several narrow emission bands (490 nm, 545 nm, 585 nm, 620 nm), providing compatibility with a broad range of organic fluorophores and fluorescent proteins in TR-FRET experiments.
