Indo-Lo (Ca2+free)

Indo-1, AM is a ratiometric calcium indicator optimally excited by a 355nm UV laser or excitation source. After Indo-1, AM is loaded into live cells, it is hydrolyzed and available to bind cytoplasmic Ca2+. Probe bound to Ca2+ emit at ~400nm, while probe unbound to Ca2+ emits at ~475nm.
