CD270 / Unconjugated / 11
Product Details
Description | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human HVEM/TNFRSF14/CD270 (rh HVEM/TNFRSF14/CD270; Catalog#10334-H08H; NP_003811.2; Met1-Val202). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. | |

About CD270
This gene encodes a member of the TNF (tumor necrosis factor) receptor superfamily. The encoded protein functions in signal transduction pathways that activate inflammatory and inhibitory T-cell immune response. It binds herpes simplex virus (HSV) viral envelope glycoprotein D (gD), mediating its entry into cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014]
