TPX2 Monoclonal / DyLight 488 / TPX2-01

Product Details
Description The antibody MEM-75 reacts with CD71 antigen (transferrin receptor), a 95 kDa type II homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated B and T lymphocytes, macrophages and erythroid precursors; it is lost on resting blood leukocytes. The antibody MEM-75 does not block binding of transferrin to the receptor.

About TPX2
Enables importin-alpha family protein binding activity and protein kinase binding activity. Involved in activation of protein kinase activity; microtubule cytoskeleton organization; and negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization. Located in intercellular bridge; mitotic spindle; and nucleoplasm. Colocalizes with spindle pole. [provided by Alliance of Genome Resources, Apr 2022]
