About PD-ECGF
This gene encodes an angiogenic factor which promotes angiogenesis in vivo and stimulates the in vitro growth of a variety of endothelial cells. It has a highly restricted target cell specificity acting only on endothelial cells. Mutations in this gene have been associated with mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephalomyopathy. About CF680R
CF®680R from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 680 nm and an emission peak at 701 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. For microscopy, CF®680R has been specifically validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM, STED and 2-Photon microscopy. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 680, IRDye® 680 and Cy5.5.
