CF555 Conjugation Kit / CF555 / Polyclonal
Product Details
Description | Mix-n-Stain Antibody Labeling Kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your antibody with one of our superior CF dyes in 30 minutes without a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers. Choose from kit sizes to label 5-20 ug, 20-50 ug, or 50-100 ug of your antibody. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. | |

About CF555
CF®555 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 555 nm and an emission peak at 565 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 555, ATTO 550 and DyLight™ 550. In Flow Cytometry, R-PE is a brighter alternative to CF®555. In microscopy, it has been validated for use in super-resolution imaging by STORM.
