CD39 Monoclonal / APC / REA870

Product Details
Description Clone REA870 recognizes the mouse ecto-nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase enzyme CD39, also known as NTPDase or Entpd1. CD39 is primarily found on activated lymphoid cells, B cells, Langerhans cells, and most monocytes. It catalyses the hydrolysis of gamma- and beta-phosphate residues of triphospho- and diphosphonucleosides to the monophosphonucleoside derivative. | Additional information: Clone REA870 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.

About CD39
The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma membrane protein that hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP. Inhibition of this protein's activity may confer anticancer benefits. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2015]
About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
