STAT4 (pY693) Monoclonal / APC / REA855
Product Details
Description | Clone REA855 recognizes the human signal transducer and activator of transcription 4 (STAT4) antigen phosphorylated at tyrosine 693 (pY693). STAT4 is a member of signal transducers and activators of the transcription (STAT) family. STAT proteins transmit signals from a receptor complex to the nucleus and activate gene expression. The seven STAT family members play a critical role in activation of signaling pathways in response to the presence of various cytokines and growth factors (interferon alpha (IFN-alpha), interferon gamma (IFN-gamma), EGF, PDGF, and interleukin 6 (IL-6)). STAT4 is involved in the development of TĘś1 cells from naive CD4+ T cells and IFN-gamma production in response to IL-12. | Additional information: Clone REA855 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
