IgG Secondary Antibody / CF750 /

Product Details
Description This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF®750 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Near-infrared fluorescent CF®750 dye has excitation/emission at 755/777 nm. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.

About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
About CF750
CF®750 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 755 nm and an emission peak at 777 nm. CF®750 has been specifically validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 750 and Cy7.
