| Description | Goat anti-mouse IgG2b isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with CF®680 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF®680 dye has excitation/emission at 681/698 nm. The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG2b. To minimize cross reactivity, the antibodies are cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG3), and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins. | |

CF®680 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 681 nm and an emission peak at 698 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 680, IRDye® 680 and Cy5.5.
