IgG Secondary Antibody / CF594ST /

Product Details
Description This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF®594ST dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Deep-red fluorescent CF®594ST dye has excitation/emission at 592/620 nm, and is designed specifically for super-resolution imaging by STORM. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.

About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
About CF594ST
CF®594ST from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 593 nm and an emission peak at 614 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry but was specifically designed for use in super-resolution imaging by STORM. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 594, DyLight™ 594 and Texas Red.
