IgG Secondary Antibody / CF535ST /
Product Details
Description | This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®535ST dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF®535ST dye has excitation/emission at 535/568 nm and is designed specifically for STORM super-resolution imaging. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM. | |

About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

About CF535ST
CF®535ST from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 535 nm and an emission peak at 568 nm. Due to its unique spectral characteristics, it may be useful in spectral flow cytometry but was designed for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
