| Description | Goat anti-mouse IgG2b isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with CF®488A dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF®488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm. The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG2b. To minimize cross reactivity, the antibodies are cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG3), and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins. | |

CF®488A from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 490 nm and an emission peak at 515 nm. It is spectrally similar to Fluorescein, Alexa Fluor™ 488 and DyLight™ 488. It can be use in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. In microscopy, CF®488A has been specifically validated for STORM, STED, Structured Illumination (SIM), 2-Photon microscopy and TIRF.
