IgG Secondary Antibody / CF430 /
Product Details
Description | This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®430 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. 405 nm-excitable green fluorescent CF®430 dye has excitation/emission at 426/498 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum. | |

About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
