DcTRAIL-R1 Monoclonal / APC / REA759
Product Details
Description | Clone REA759 recognizes the mouse DcTRAIL-R1 antigen, which is a GPI-anchored mouse TNF receptor superfamily member, also known as TNFRH1, tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 23 (Tnfrsf23), or mSOB. DcTRAIL-R1 is expressed on a variety of cells including different tumor cells. Its ligand TRAIL is known to be involved in the inhibition of autoimmune disease. It is reported, that TRAIL suppresses autoimmunity by the inhibition of TĘś1 cells and the promotion of Tregs. | Additional information: Clone REA759 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
