CD200 R Monoclonal / APC / REA725
Product Details
Description | Clone REA725 recognizes the human CD200R antigen, a cell surface glycoprotein, also known as orexin receptor 2 (OX2R). CD200R is found on myeloid cells such as peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also on T lymphocytes and mast cells. The interaction between CD200R and its ligand CD200 inhibits mast cell degranulation, promotes macrophage activation, and decreases the activation of lymphocytes. | Additional information: Clone REA725 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
