TCR V beta 7.2 Monoclonal / PE-Vio770 / REA677
Product Details
Description | Clone REA677 recognizes the human Vbeta7.2 T cell receptor (TCR Vbeta7.2). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable alpha and beta chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 chain molecules. It is suggested that T cells expressing TCRs with Vbeta7.2 are protective against a pathogenic immune response in Sjögren's syndrome. TCR Vbeta7.2 is expressed on a subset of alpha/beta T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA677 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | | |

About PE-Vio770
PE-Vio® 770 from Miltenyi Biotec is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Vio®770. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Vio®770, which emitts light that can be captured with a 780/60 nm bandpass filter. PE-Vio®770 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 775 nm and is a common alternative to PE-Cy7 and PE-H7.
