FPRL1 Monoclonal / Biotin / REA663
Product Details
Description | Clone REA663 recognizes the human FPRL1 antigen, a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR), also known as FPR2 or N-formyl peptide receptor 2. FPRL1 mediates chemotaxis, degranulation, and the respiratory burst. It interacts with lipoxin A4, which is involved in immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory actions. FPRL1 is expressed on mononuclear phagocytes and microglial cells. | Additional information: Clone REA663 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About FPRL1
Enables amyloid-beta binding activity; scavenger receptor binding activity; and signaling receptor activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to amyloid-beta; positive regulation of monocyte chemotaxis; and regulation of defense response. Located in cytoplasm and plasma membrane.
