Allergin-1 Monoclonal / APC / REA643
Product Details
Description | Clone REA643 recognizes the mouse allergin-1 antigen, a single-pass transmembrane protein also known as mast cell antigen 32 or allergy inhibitory receptor 1. Allergin-1 inhibits IgE-mediated, mast cell–dependent anaphylaxis in mice and is expressed in myeloid cells (dendritic cells and macrophages) and on mast cells. There is a lower expression on neutrophils. | Additional information: Clone REA643 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About Allergin-1
Predicted to enable transmembrane signaling receptor activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including cell-cell adhesion via plasma-membrane adhesion molecules; mast cell degranulation; and negative regulation of mast cell activation. Predicted to be integral component of plasma membrane. [provided by Alliance of Genome Resources, Apr 2022]

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
