CD300a Monoclonal / APC / REA573
Product Details
Description | Clone REA573 recognizes the mouse CD300a antigen, a type I transmembrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily, also known as leukocyte mono-Ig-like receptor1 (LMIR1) or inhibitory receptor protein 60 (IRp60). CD300a plays an important regulatory role in cell signaling and immune responses. It is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, mast cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and on subsets of T and B lymphocytes. | Additional information: Clone REA573 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About CD300a
This gene encodes a member of the CD300 glycoprotein family of cell surface proteins found on leukocytes involved in immune response signaling pathways. This gene is located on chromosome 17 in a cluster with all but one of the other family members. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2012]

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
