Hoechst (33258) / Hoechst (33258) / N/A

Product Details
Description Hoechst 33258 is a fluorescent probe useful for detecting DNA by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. Hoechst 33258 may be used on live or fixed cells and is also applicable for cell cycle analysis and monitoring DNA condensation by flow cytometry. Hoechst 33358 is less cell permeable that other derivatives, however this dye also allows for quantitative measurements when plotted in a standard emission-to-content curve.
