Cdx1 / DyLight 650 / Polyclonal

Product Details
Description Cdx1 Polyclonal Antibody, DyLight 650 conjugate. The transcription factors Cdx1 and Cdx2 are members of the caudal-related homeobox gene family based on their homology to the factor caudal in Drosophila melanogaster. A wide variety of in vivo and in vitro studies have suggested that Cdx1 and Cdx2 are important in controlling epithelial cell differentiation, proliferation, and function in the intestine.ICC 1:100, IF 1:100, IHC 1:200

About Cdx1
This gene is a member of the caudal-related homeobox transcription factor gene family. The encoded DNA-binding protein regulates intestine-specific gene expression and enterocyte differentiation. It has been shown to induce expression of the intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene, and inhibit beta-catenin/T-cell factor transcriptional activity. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
About DyLight 650
DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
