Aflatoxin B1 / DyLight 650 / 6A10
Product Details
Description | Aflatoxin B1 Monoclonal Antibody, DyLight 650 conjugate (6A10). Aflatoxin is a naturally occurring mycotoxin produced by two types of mold: Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. Aspergillus flavus is common and widespread in nature and is most often found when certain grains are grown under stressful conditions such as drought. At least 13 different types of aflatoxin are produced in nature with aflatoxin B1 considered as the most toxic. Aflatoxin B1 exposure may be a potential etiological agent in hepatocellular carcinoma.ELISA 5 µg/ml, IF 1:100, IHC 1:50-1:100, ICC 1:100 - - | |

About DyLight 650
DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
