MUC-5AC / Biotin / 45M1

Product Details
Description Mucin 5AC Monoclonal Antibody, Biotin conjugate (45M1). Mucins are high molecular eight glycoproteins with 80% carbohydrate contents and the remaining 20% is constituted by protein core. Gastric mucin is found in normal human gastrointestinal tract. Resurgence of gastric mucin reactivity during colonic carcinogenesis is due to re-expression of the peptide core of gastric (or fetal colonic) mucins.IHC (P) 1-2 µg/ml - -
