HA Tag / DyLight 650 / 2-2.2.14
Product Details
Description | HA Epitope Tag Monoclonal Antibody, DyLight 650 conjugate (2-2.2.14). Epitope tags provide a method to localize gene products in a variety of cell types, study the topology of proteins and protein complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified, low abundance or poorly immunogenic proteins when protein specific antibodies are not available. An HA tag is frequently incorporated into recombinant proteins for a variety of purposes. An anti-HA antibody can then be used to detect the protein when doing studies with transfected cells.IF 1:25 - 1:100 | |

About DyLight 650
DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
