Description	To detect hENA-78 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hENA-78 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. To detect hENA-78 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech's Polyclonal Anti-Human ENA-78 (500-P91) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hENA-78. To detect hENA-78 by direct ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hENA-78.Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hENA-78. Anti-Human ENA-78 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

About CXCL5
This gene encodes a protein that is a member of the CXC subfamily of chemokines. Chemokines, which recruit and activate leukocytes, are classified by function (inflammatory or homeostatic) or by structure. This protein is proposed to bind the G-protein coupled receptor chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 2 to recruit neutrophils, to promote angiogenesis and to remodel connective tissues. This protein is thought to play a role in cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. [provided by RefSeq, May 2013]
