Description CD370 (CLEC9A), C-type lectin domain family 9 member A, is a type II transmembrane glycoproteine member of 241 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of ~30 kDa. It is also known as DNGR-1 and is expressed on BDCA-3+ myeloid dendritic cells from peripheral blood and lymphoid tissues. It acts as a receptor for necrotic cells and plays an important role in cross-presentation.
