CD29 Monoclonal / PE-Vio770 / HM beta 1-1

Product Details
Description The monoclonal antibody HMbeta1-1 reacts with mouse and rat CD29, a 110–120 kDa integrin family member, also known as integrin ß1. Integrins are cell-surface receptors, expressed as heterodimers essential in various processes mediating intercellular or cell-matrix interaction. CD29 associates non‐covalently with the alpha integrins CD49a–f to form the VLA‐1 through VLA‐6, and CD51 to form alphavß1 complexes. CD29 is broadly expressed on various tissues, including leukocytes, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells.

About PE-Vio770
PE-Vio® 770 from Miltenyi Biotec is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Vio®770. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Vio®770, which emitts light that can be captured with a 780/60 nm bandpass filter. PE-Vio®770 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 775 nm and is a common alternative to PE-Cy7 and PE-H7.
