TNF alpha Monoclonal / APC / MP6-XT22

Product Details
Description Mouse tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is secreted by macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, CD4+ T cells, and NK cells. It has cytolytic activity against a range of tumor cells and is important in immune regulation. TNF-alpha binding to surface receptors elicits a wide array of biologic activities, including cytolysis and cytostasis of many tumor cell lines in vitro, hemorraghic necrosis of tumors in vivo, increased fibroblast proliferation, and enhanced chemotaxis and phagocytosis in neutrophils.
