CD275 Monoclonal / APC / MIH12
Product Details
Description | Clone MIH12 recognizes CD275 (B7-H2, ICOSL, GL50), a member of the B7 family of costimulatory molecules involved in regulating T cell activation and effector functions. It belongs to Ig superfamily and has a predicted molecular weight of 40 kDa. CD275 is a ligand of inducible costimulator (ICOS) expressed on activated T cells. ICOS mediated costimulation promotes T-helper cell differentiation via TĘś2 cytokine production such as IL-10 and IL-4. Human CD275 is expressed on B cells, dendritic cells, endothelial cells, renal tubular epithelial cells, activated monocytes, and human airway epithelial cells. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
