IgG2a Secondary Antibody / APC / RG7/1.30

Product Details
Description Clone RG7/1.30 recognizes the Fc region of the IgG2a subclass of rat immunoglobulins. Other subclasses are not detected. The antibody is suited for the flow cytometric analysis of rat B cells expressing surface IgG2a, for example, memory B cells. The antibody can further be used for the indirect immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with primary rat antibodies of IgG2a isotype.

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
