TER-119 Monoclonal / VioBlue / Ter-119
Product Details
Description | Clone Ter-119 recognizes the Ter-119 antigen which is expressed on mature erythrocytes and erythroid precursor cells in adult blood, spleen, and bone marrow, and in the embryonic yolk sac and fetal liver. The Anti-Ter-119 antibody does not react with cells showing typical erythroid blast-forming unit (BFU-E) and erythroid colony-forming unit (CFU-E) activity. In adult mice, Anti-Ter-119 reacts with 20–25% of bone marrow cells and approximately 50% of spleen cells, but not with thymocytes or lymph node cells. | |
