Description	The mouse Anti-FR4 antibody, clone TH6, binds to folate receptor 4 (FR4), a cell surface receptor for folic acid (vitamin B9). FR4 is constitutively expressed at high levels on mouse CD4+CD25+ natural regulatory T (Treg) cells. The high expression of this marker in combination with CD4 and CD25 allows the distinction between Treg cells and other types of T cells.

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
