HLA ABC / CF594 /
Product Details
Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HLA class 1 ABC, which is also known as Aw-19. It is frequently found in the extracellular matrix and is expressed in the podocytes and stem cells. It is overexpressed in the oral epithelium and Islet of Langerhans. This protein is having alpha chain with Mol Wt of 44kDa and class Ia is ubiquitously expressed, except central nervous system, placenta, sperm cells and is extensively involved in presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system. | |

About CF594
CF®594 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 593 nm and an emission peak at 614 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 594, DyLight™ 594 and Texas Red. However, in flow cytometry, PE-CF®594 and PE-Dazzle 594 are superior alternatives. In microscopy, CF®594 has been validated in STED and 2-Photon microscopy.
