Description Goat polyclonal antibody to FOXF1, which is a member of the forkhead family. FOXF1 previously designated HFH-8 or Freac-1, is expressed in the splanchnic mesoderm and required for proper development of gut-derived organ. FOXF1 controls epithelial proliferation and survival and links hedgehog proteins to BMP and Wnt signaling pathways. it may play a role in the regulation of pulmonary genes as well as embryonic development. -
