Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD32b also known as CDw32 and FcRII-b whose expression can be detected in the macrophages and basophils but it is highly expressive in the placenta and Langerhans cells. It is found in the dendritic spine. It can perform various functions like negative regulation of acute inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus and signal transduction. It is involved in the variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. - | |
