About StarBright Blue 700
StarBright Blue 700 (SBB700) is a fluorescent polymer nanoparticle with an excitation peak at 475 nm and an emission peak at 700 nm, an alternative to PerCP-Cy5.5 in flow cytometry. The StarBright family fluorophores from Bio-Rad offers an alternative to the Horizon Brilliant™ polymer series from BD Biosciences including Brilliant™ Violet and Brilliant™ UV. StarBright Blue 700 is spectrally comparable to BB700 and Nova Fluor Blue 690.
