IgG Secondary Antibody / CF568 /

Product Details
Description This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-goat IgG (H+L) with CF®568 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Red fluorescent CF®568 dye has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against chicken, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, and rat serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.

About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
About CF568
CF®568 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 562 nm and an emission peak at 583 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 568 and ATTO 565. However, in flow cytometry, a superior alternative is R-PE. In microscopy, CF®568 is validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM, STED, Structured Illumination (SIM) and TIRF.
