About CDX2
This gene is a member of the caudal-related homeobox transcription factor gene family. The encoded protein is a major regulator of intestine-specific genes involved in cell growth an differentiation. This protein also plays a role in early embryonic development of the intestinal tract. Aberrant expression of this gene is associated with intestinal inflammation and tumorigenesis. About CF568
CF®568 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 562 nm and an emission peak at 583 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 568 and ATTO 565. However, in flow cytometry, a superior alternative is R-PE. In microscopy, CF®568 is validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM, STED, Structured Illumination (SIM) and TIRF.
