HLA ABC / APC / REAL286
Product Details
Description | Clone REAL286 is an antibody fragment derived from the full HLA-ABC antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL286 recognizes a monomorphic epitope on MHC (human major histocompatibility complex) class I molecules, HLA A, B, and C. MHC class I molecules are expressed by all human nucleated cells and are involved in presentation of peptide ligands on the cell surface for recognition by cytotoxic T cells. HLA-ABC plays an deciding role in cell-mediated immune response and tumor surveillance. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
