Homing Receptor / Unconjugated / CT4
Product Details
Description | Antibody recognizes guinea pig THY1 (CD90) a small but heavily glycosylated member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Clone CT4 was originally identified as recognizing a guinea pig homing receptor (Kraal et al. 1986) and later confirmed as recognizing the guinea pig homologue of human and rodent CD90 (Schafer et al. 1999) by purification and microsequencing. Guinea Pig CD90 is notable for its level of Nlinked glycosylation, rendering it an apparent molecular mass of ~36kDa, higher than that seen in most other species where CD90 has been identified and characterized. | |
