Description Monoclonal anti-Human IgG is derived from a hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. It is specific for the whole human IgG molecule, and has no cross reactivity with human IgM molecule as determined by an ELISA.

Alexa 700 is commonly used in Flow Cytometry and is similar in size, brightness and application to iFluor® 700 and Vio® R720.
