NKp80 / APC / 4A4.D10
Product Details
Description | NKp80 is an 80 kDa homodimeric surface molecule and belongs to the family of C-type lectin-like receptors. It is expressed on all human natural killer (NK) cells and a small subset of effector memory CD8+ T cells. NKp80 stimulates NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine release and appears to co-operate with other triggering receptors to induce optimal NK cell activation upon interaction with potential target cells. The ligand of NKp80 is AICL (activation-induced C-type lectin), also called CLEC2B. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
