| Description | Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human CD34 Class II, Clone QBEnd 10, Concentrated Antibody for Manual Use, Unconjugated, Culture supernatant, Immunohistochemistry, 1 mL. CD34 is a single-chain transmembrane protein of approximately 116 kDa, expressed on immature hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, capillary endothelial cells, embryonic fibroblasts and rare glial cells in nervous tissue. CD34 is a stage-specific, rather than a lineage-specific, leucocyte differentiation antigen. The antibody is a useful aid for classificaction of vascular and lymphatic tumors and for the subclassification of leukemias. | |
