Description | FLEX Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human Inhibin alpha, Clone R1, Ready-to-Use (Dako Omnis), Unconjugated, Packaged in vials for use with Dako Omnis, Immunohistochemistry, 60 tests, 12 mL. Inhibin is a dimeric glycoprotein hormone comprised of an Alpha and a subunit. It is produced by ovarian granulosa cells and inhibits the production or secretion of pituitary gonadotropins, particularly follicle-stimulating hormone. The antibody was raised against the terminal 1-32 amino acid sequence of the inhibin Alpha subunit. The antibody is a useful aid for classification of sex-cord-stromal tumors. | |
