Siglec-F / APC / ES22-10D8
Product Details
Description | The monoclonal antibody ES22-10D8 recognizes mouse sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin F (siglec-F), which is a member of the Ig superfamily containing an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in its cytoplasmic domain. In mouse, siglec-F is an inhibitory receptor on eosinophils. It recognizes preferentially the glycan ligand 6'-sulfated sialyl Lewis X. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
