Salmonella enteritidis / Alexa Fluor 594 / 10D9H (E91)
Product Details
Description | This antibody recognises a common antigenic determinant that is found in the LPS of Salmonella enteriditis (Group D), Salmonella typhimurium (Group B) and Salmonella paratyphi (Group A) . This antibody is thought to recognise the '0-12' antigen [2-D-mannose (1-4) I- ramnose (1-3)-D galactose] of salmonella LPS. A similar sequence is found in Group E, which may account for the weak cross reactivity observed with bacteria of this group. | |

About Alexa Fluor 594
Alexa Fluor™ 594 (AF594, Alexa 594) has an excitation peak at 590 nm and an emission peak at 617 nm, and is spectrally similar to Texas Red (ThermoFisher Scientific), DyLight™ 594 (ThermoFisher Scientific), iFluor® 594 (ATT Bioquest) and iFluor® 610 (ATT Bioquest), CF®594 (Biotium), and ATTO 594 (ATTO-TEC). Alexa 594 is commonly used for flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy and super-resolution microscopy. It is very bright, photostable, and pH insensitive.
