p73 / DyLight 650 / 5B789
Product Details
Description | Caspase-cleaved p73 fragments, including 55 kDa and 45 kDa, have been described (Sayan et al, 2008). The ability of a given antibody to recognize a p73 fragment will depend on whether or not the antibody epitope is contained in the fragment. It does not cross react with mouse p73 or with p53. | |

About DyLight 650
DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
