About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

About TRITC
TRITC (Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate) is a historical fluorophore from the rhodamine family that has an excitation peak at 557 nm and an emission peak at 576. Commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, brighter alternatives with better stability characteristics are Alexa Fluor™ 546, Alexa Fluor™ 568, SETA-555, Janelia Fluor® 549, iFluor® 555, eFluor™ 570, DyLight™ 550, CF®540, CF®550R and CF®555.
