CD300e / Unconjugated / REA1070
Product Details
Description | Clone REA1070 recognizes the human CD300e, also known as IREM-2, LMIR6, or CMRF35-A5. This 34 kDa activating receptor of the immunglobulin superfamily is expressed on mature myeloid dendritic cells and monocytes and is down-regulated on immature dendritic cells (DCs). CD300e interacts with DAP-12, which mediates acivating signals. It is reported that the alloreactive response of naive T cells is enhanced by IREM-2 activation of mDCs. | Additional information: Clone REA1070 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About CD300e
This gene encodes a member of the CD300 glycoprotein family of cell surface proteins expressed on myeloid cells. The protein interacts with the TYRO protein tyrosine kinase-binding protein and is thought to act as an activating receptor. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2012]
